New Series: Everything You Need to Know About Payment Fraud
Safety is our #1 priority!
One of the chief concerns we hear most often from new clients is how to build a digital payment system that is actually safe. While the main goal of an online or phone payment system is ultimately to increase customer satisfaction and company efficiency, it is impossible to do either of these things if you suddenly find yourself with a huge loss on your hands because of fraud.
It is ultimately up to the business to ensure it is impenetrable to fraudsters. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover offer $0 liability for any type of unauthorized transaction. There really isn’t a safety net for businesses when it comes to these issues.
So we are launching a series that will teach you everything you need to know about payment fraud. This series is designed to educate you on what the PCI Security Standards Council and NACHA have to say about how businesses should protect their customers from fraud. It will tell you what your responsibilities are and what responsibilities you can outsource to a company like ours. It will also tell you what methods fraudsters are using to get the information they need to steal anything they want.
Here are the posts you can expect to see over the coming weeks. Make sure to subscribe to our RSS feed, or follow us on Facebook to receive updates on the series:
Part 1: PCI Compliance
Part 2: NACHA Compliance
Part 3: ACH Payment Fraud
Part 4: Check Payment Fraud
Part 5: Mobile Payment Fraud
But we don’t just want to give you information. We want to give you the opportunity to get your questions answered. If there is anything you feel we didn’t cover in the articles, we’ll open up the comments section for questions and answer as many as we can.
Schedule a consultation and The E-Complish team tell you more about it.
